With over 25 years of hands-on construction and property maintenance experience, we specialize in everything from high-end residential remodels to complex commercial tenant improvement projects.

Brian spent 10+ years as a property maintenance engineer and another 10+ as a facility director, overseeing the operations and tenant management of 30+ commercial and residential properties—many of them classic San Francisco buildings, each with their own unique quirks and challenges.

His partner (and wife), Joy, is a seasoned project manager at a major Bay Area institution. She’s led large-scale construction projects and new property openings across the region, bringing expert coordination and a sharp eye for detail.

Together, we offer a comprehensive, people-first approach to property care—focusing not just on the properties themselves, but on the tenants and communities they serve.
